Power industry
① At present, China's power industry is in a period of rapid development. The country's newly installed capacity is 15 million kilowatts per year, of which about 12 million kilowatts are thermal power units, and thermal power generation is still the main source. Due to national environmental requirements, the ash and slag from coal powder combustion in thermal power plants need to be transported to a dedicated ash yard outside the plant area, with a transportation distance generally within 3-10 kilometers.
② The elbows of coal injection and slag discharge pipelines in thermal power plants and thermal power plants are severely worn parts. Currently, most of them use cast steel and cast stone pipes, which generally require major repairs and replacements after 2-3 years of use.
